If Bledsoe "happened" to be on campus when a recruit was visiting it would be a violation.
Of course big programs don't pay attention to those rules. As long as the NCAA selectiviely enforces them why should they?

Well now sounds like per Brand X that Meander is now not decided on where he will go.

Yeah I was pissed about the shaq/lsu thing. Lame.
I keep thinking one day these kids will wise up and show some respect to the teams that first found them and brought their talents to light. It irks me when a prospect (especially from texas/california) is not offered by the hometown teams, then a team like wazzu or oregon offer them, and they accept, only to later accept an offer from the USC/Texas of the world. Irks me.
Case in point: Johnny Ragin. Oregon kid. Wanted an oregon offer BAD. Cal offers, he accepts. Oregon suddenly gets non-buying remorse and offers him, and now it looks like Cal might be out in the dark after they were the first ones to put up a scholarship as a faith in his abilities.
It's just the way it is. Still irks me, though.
